Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions common for all services provided by Tuk Tuk Time Limited – Weddings, Events, Occasions, Tours.

Tuk Tuk Time Limited will be referred to as “TTT”.

  1. “TTT” hold a policy for public liability insurance.
  2. Client property is carried at the client’s own risk and TTT cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to any client property, or the return of any items left in the tuk tuk or vehicle.
  3. “TTT” will not be liable for any damage (marks or dirtied) to clients clothing or property, regardless of how this occurred.
  4. “TTT” reserve the right to refuse any booking without reason or justification.
  5. In the event of unreasonable/abusive or bullying behaviour, judged by the “TTT” chauffeur, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the tuk tuk/vehicle to any and all clients for that booking with no refund for any booking funds paid.
  6. “TTT” may terminate any booking earlier than the agreed duration, in the event of unreasonable/abusive or bullying behaviour, judged by the “TTT” chauffeur, without refund of any funds paid and without recourse.
  7. The client making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the Tuk Tuk/vehicle. In the event of damage to the Tuk Tuk/vehicle, the booking client is responsible to recompense “TTT” for the repair and/or clean up to the Tuk Tuk/vehicle. “TTT” will obtain two quotations and engage with the repair/clean up provider of their choice. Additionally, the client making the booking will be charged for any loss of business for “TTT” based upon the tuk tuk/vehicle being deemed unsuitable for use during any repair/clean up of the tuk tuk/vehicle.
  8. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they each wear a seatbelt whilst travelling in the tuk tuk/vehicle. “TTT” will not be liable in the event of injury if seatbelts are not being worn by any passenger.
  9. Passengers must keep all body parts inside the vehicle and failure to do so may result in injury.
  10. No smoking, including e-cigarettes is permitted whilst occupying the tuk tuk/vehicle.
  11. Passengers must adhere to any signage instructions inside the tuk tuk/vehicle.
  12. Passengers with any medical conditions eg heart disease, back pain, anxiety and/or known to be pregnant, are advised to seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before taking any journey in a tuk tuk.


The Tuk Tuks/vehicles are regularly maintained. In the event that breakdown or roadworthiness prevents “TTT” from fulfilling the agreed booking, then an alternative tuk tuk will be provided. In the event that an alternative tuk tuk is not possible then a full refund of the amount paid will be provided to the client. Every assistance will be provided to assist the client with arrangements to secure an alternative vehicle.

These terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and are subject to amendments without notice.
